Egg Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon spices (ratio 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cardamon, 6 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- First cook rice and keep it aside.
- Sweat (saute over medium-low heat) onions and green chilies together.
- Add ginger and garlic paste.
- Add rice and mix everything well.
- Add salt.
- Add the spices powder.
- Add the beaten eggs.
- Cook until everything is mixed well.
