Egg Puffs

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese (I use low fat)
- 16 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies
Directions
- Beat eggs lightly until lemon colored.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilis and butter.
- Pour into well greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- If from the refrigerator, let dish come to room temp before baking.
- Should puff up in oven.
