Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, hdt 5 (1 scoop)
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 4 -6 large ice cubes
Directions
- Put all ingredients into blender and mix to desired consistency.
- Serve cold.
