Yields: 10 Patties

Ingredients

  • 6  medium mushrooms, chopped
  • 1  stalk celery, chopped
  • 1  small onion, chopped
  • 14 medium  sweet green pepper, chopped
  • 12 cup  cooked  meat or 12 cup  cooked  poultry or 12 cup  cooked  seafood, chopped
  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 2  teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1  pinch dried ginger
  • SAUCE

  • 1  teaspoon cornstarch
  • 14 cup water
  • 2  teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (not the sauce ingredients), blend well, put aside.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
  3. Cook stirring constantly until clear.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. When you are ready to serve; Heat oil in skillet.
  6. Shape mixture into 10 patties and put in skillet.
  7. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes each side.
  8. Serve with the sauce (heated) over top.
