Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 green onions (cut in small pieces)
- 2 cups tofu
- 1⁄2 cup peas (optional)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Directions
- boil broth.
- mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth.
- add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds.
- add tofu and peas.
- boil for another 7 minutes.
- garnish with green onions.
