Egg Casserole

Very easy to make and has a little zing using Emeril's Original Essence and cream of onion soup.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 5  eggs, whisked
  • 2  slices  bread, cubed (may use low carb bread)
  • 13 cup Bisquick
  • 10 34 ounces  cream of onion soup, undiluted
  • 12 teaspoon  Emeril's Original Essence
  • 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 23 cup cheese, shredded (Monterey Jack, Colby, Cheddar or combinination)
  • 13 cup cheese, shredded (for topping)
  • 14 cup bacon bits (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the 1/3 cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Grease or spray with non-stick spray a 9 x 11 baking dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle on remaining 1/3 cup of shredded cheese and bacon bits if desired. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
