Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 7 slices bread, cubed
- 3⁄4 lb ham, cubed
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese or 1⁄2 lb other mild cheese, cubed
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Mix bread, ham, cheese in greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Beat eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
- Pour over bread mixture.
- Drizzle with melter butter.
- Cover with foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
