  1. Preheat over to 300F and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Separate the egg white from egg yolks and place in separate bowls.
  3. Whip the eggs whites.
  4. Mix the egg yolks with the greek yogurt.
  5. Mix the egg yolks with the greek yogurt.
  6. Form into patties and place on greased baking sheet.
  7. Add any designed toppings. Examples include poppy, sesame or sunflower seeds.
  8. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
