Egg Bake Overnight

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs pork sausage
- 18 eggs
- 2 cups condensed milk (not sweetened)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups croutons
Directions
- Cook and stir sausage until light brown and drain. Place sausage in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Beat eggs, milk and salt, stir in cheese and pour over sausage.
- Top with flavored croutons. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (can take up to an hour).
- Can add onion, pepper etc. Also, can use chedder, pepper, or any mixture of cheeses.
