Egg and Vegetable Pie

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup self raising flour
Directions
- Whisk eggs together.
- Add flour and oil gradually and beat until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Place in a greased pie dish.
- Bake at 200 celcius for 30 minutes
- Serve hot with tomato sauce (ketchup).
