Ed's Meat Penne

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces penne rigate
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (4 1/4ounce) can chopped black olives
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
- Start 4 qt of water boiling in large pot (6 qt or bigger).
- In 4.5qt Pot over medium heat.
- Combine Tomatos, Sauce, Drained Mushrooms and Olives.
- Chop onion and garlic. Brown the meat with the onion and garlic. Season with chili powder and italian seasoning.
- Start the pasta once the water is boiling.
- Stir the cheese into the sauce, the stir in the meat. Keep in Med-Low heat until pasta is done.
- Drain pasta and immediately combine pasta and sauce back in the large pot the pasta was cooked inches.
