Ed's Meat Loaves - OAMC

This recipe has been used for years. Since it makes three loaves, bake one freeze the other two for later. That way, all you have to do is pull one out the freezer, bake it and presto!...fresh meat loaf with no mixing. This recipe comes from Edward Svercauski. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Show more

  1. In a very large bowl, combine the first 14 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Divide into thirds; shape into three loaves. Place on a rack in a large roasting pan.
  2. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover; bake 45 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
