Edamame With Asian Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb edamame
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
- Boil the edamame in salted water for 5-8 minutes.
- Combine all of the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring, to dissolve sugar or honey.
- Toss with the hot edamame. Serve immediately.
