Easy & Yummy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable stock (or 2 cups wine)
- 1 cup milk (1 cup cream)
- 15 ounces tomato paste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (feel free to add more)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper, flacks
Directions
- In a mid-heat pot, Cook onions and garlic.
- Add in all other things.
- Let simmer of 20 or longer
- Blend with a head blender.
- Last, but not lest, Eat!
