Easy Yellow Pound Cake With Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups powdered confectioners' sugar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a bundt cake pan.
- Blend the first five ingredients by hand, then mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Mix the sugar and lemon juice, prick the top of the hot cake and glaze while still hot.
