Easy Weeknight Tuna Noodle Casserole

I've made this for years. Being Catholic, I'm always looking for recipes that are an easy fix for Fridays during Lent. This one fits the bill. Show more

Serves: 4

Yields: 1 1/2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  broken  egg noodles
  • 10 12 ounces  can  condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, dranied and flaked
  • 1  cup  grated cheddar cheese
  • 13 cup  finely chopped onion
  • 12 cup  broken  potato chips
  • 12 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Turn into mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, drained tuna, cheese and onion. Mix well; turn into casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with potato chips and paprika.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbling.
