Easy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup green seedless grape
- 1 large gravenstein apple, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup honey mustard
- salt and pepper, as desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees to toast walnuts. Layer walnuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!
- This is just as good the next day too, so could be made ahead.
