Easy Waldorf Salad

The combination of textures and flavors in this salad are delightful!

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  chopped walnuts
  • 2  cups  chopped  cooked chicken
  • 1  cup green seedless grape
  • 1  large  gravenstein apple, diced
  • 1  cup  diced celery
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup  honey mustard
  •  salt and pepper, as desired

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees to toast walnuts. Layer walnuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!
  3. This is just as good the next day too, so could be made ahead.
