Easy Tuna Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can  light tuna, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 14 cup  frozen chopped onion, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) box  frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1  cup  chopped cooked potato
  •  salt and pepper
  • 1 (7 1/2ounce) can  refrigerated biscuits, quartered

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat soup and milk in a saucepan on low heat until smooth.
  3. Stir in vegetables, tuna, potato, salt and pepper.
  4. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a low boil.
  5. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole top with biscuits.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
