Easy Triple Strawberry Shortcakes

Another from Hershey's, this is a great, easy summer-time treat!

Ingredients

• 4  cups  sliced fresh strawberries
• 1⁄4 cup strawberry syrup
• 8  prepared  shortcake cups (or spongecake cups or cake layers)

• Strawberry Whipped Cream

• 1  cup  cold  whipping cream
• 1⁄3 cup strawberry syrup

Directions

1. Combine sliced strawberries and strawberry syrup in a medium bowl; stir gently.
2. Prepare Strawberry Whipped Cream: Beat whipping cream with strawberry syrup until stiff. Serve immediately.
3. For each serving, top a shortcake with strawberry mixture and strawberry whipped cream.
