Easy Tortilla Chili

Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 3 3⁄4 cups beef broth
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1⁄2 cups corn
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook beef over medium heat, crumbling with a fork. drain.
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips, salt, pepper and cheese, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Stir in tortilla chips. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with cheese.
