Easy Tiramisa Poke Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 (3 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 2 tablespoons nestles nesquick cocoa powder
Directions
- Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs until well combined. Bake in a 9x13" pan (or larger) for 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Meanwhile, mix your pudding powder with the milk and instant coffee. Let sit for 5 minutes. Poke holes about an inch apart throughout the entire cake (using the back end of a wooden spoon).
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the top of your cake.
- Top the pudding layer evenly with cool whip. Then sprinkle your powdered chocolate Nesquick powder over the top.
- Cut into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
- Keep any remaining cake covered in the refrigerator. Tastes great cold, too!
