Easy Tiramisa Poke Cake

Sooooo Yummy!  We really enjoyed this one!

  1. Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs until well combined.  Bake in a 9x13" pan (or larger) for 30 minutes.  Let cool completely.  Meanwhile, mix your pudding powder with the milk and instant coffee.  Let sit for 5 minutes.  Poke holes about an inch apart throughout the entire cake (using the back end of a wooden spoon).
  2. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the top of your cake.
  3. Top the pudding layer evenly with cool whip.  Then sprinkle your powdered chocolate Nesquick powder over the top.
  4. Cut into 12 pieces.  Enjoy!
  5. Keep any remaining cake covered in the refrigerator.  Tastes great cold, too!
