Easy Tex Mex Burritos

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup white rice
- tortilla
- cheddar cheese, for topping
- salsa, for topping
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Begin cooking chicken in large skillet.
- Boil 2 cups of water and add rice.
- Once chicken is done add 1/2 cup of water to skillet and begin adding your seasoning packets.
- Reduce heat and let simmer.
- Add in can of black beans, drained and corn drained into skillet, heat through.
- Once rice is finished add it to the skillet with the rest of the ingredients.
- Stuff tortillas with the filling, add cheddar cheese and salsa if desired.
