Easy Tater Tot Hotdish

Yields: 1 9x13 pan
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 32 ounces frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large saucepan, mix ground beef, onions, celery and garlic over medium high heat until meat is browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the soup. Once evenly distributed, mix in the vegetables.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with tater tots.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Cover with shredded cheese and bake another 10 minutes, until golden.
- Let rest 10 min before cutting.
