Easy Tangy Barbecued Beef

Found this recipe in the Quick Cooking magazine and gave it a try. It is quick and easy. The sauce provides a nice tangy taste to the beef. Show more

  1. In large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add beef and stir to cover with sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer 5- 10 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve on rolls.
