Ingredients
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup cold water
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- In food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
