Easy Swiss Fondue

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, cut in half
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 lb natural swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- French bread cubes or italian bread cubes
Directions
- Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic and discard.
- In fondue pot, simmer wine.
- Blend in soup.
- Combine cheese and cornstarch.
- Stir into soup.
- Heat tilll cheese is melted.
- Stir on occasion.
- Serve with bread cubes.
