Easy Surprise Fudge

Extremely easy to make!! No one will guess what it is made out of.

• Yields: 4 pounds

Ingredients

• 1  lb margarine
• 1  lb processed cheese (such as Velveetta or Cheez whiz)
• 1  cup  unsweetened cocoa
• 1  tablespoon vanilla
• 4  lbs powdered sugar
•  chopped  nuts

Directions

1. Melt margarine, Velveetta, and vanilla together over low heat in 4 quart pan.
2. Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar.
3. Add to melted ingredients along with nuts.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Pour onto a cookie sheet or jellyroll pan.
6. That's it!
