Easy Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise

This is a great dip for crab cakes, salmon cakes, or tuna cakes--you can also use it on sandwiches--just use your imagination with this one. Try this with my recipe for Southern Salmon Cakes #58701.

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons  of sun dried tomato mayonnaise
• 1  teaspoon  of chopped fresh cilantro
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cilantro and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
2. Serve with your favorite crab cakes, salmon cakes, etc.
