Easy Spicy Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3⁄4 cup broth (use beef or chicken, depending on the ground meat)
- 1⁄3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces thin spaghetti
- 1⁄2 cup sliced green onion
Directions
- Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.
- Add sesame oil to skillet. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and red pepper until tender.
- Whisk together broth and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add broth mixture, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce to the onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for one minute.
- Add ground meat and coat with sauce.
- Toss meat mixture with cooked pasta and sprinkle with green onions.
