Easy Sourdough Arugula Feta Cheese Pizza Toast

Ingredients

  • 6  slices  sourdough bread
  • 1  cup  pizza sauce
  • 12 cup  crumbled  reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 12 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Heat stove to 350 degrees.
  2. Place sourdough slices on baking sheet.
  3. Paste each bread with pizza sauce.
  4. Sprinkle each slice with a small amount of feta cheese.
  5. Place several pieces of arugula on each slice.
  6. Place in oven, cook for 15mins.
  7. Cut in half and serve.
  8. Best with some fresh fruit on the side!
