Easy Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degress.
- Mix all ingredients together, then form into a soft ball. Place on a floured board and roll out to about 1/2" thickness. Cut out biscuits using a 2" round cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes or until browned.
