Easy Smoked Whitefish Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup smoked whitefish, de-boned and skin peeled
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- lemon wedge, to garnish (optional)
- cracker, veggie sticks, baguette as a platform (optional)
Directions
- Flake the fish and stir in the mayo. Pass the crackers, veggies and bread to spread the fish on.
- This is wonderful for a cocktail party.
