Easy Shane's Chili Soup

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans (Bush's red bean mild chili sauce)
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans (Ranch Style beans)
- 1 (14 ounce) can low sodium beef broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can low-sodium kidney beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 (1 1/4ounce) packages McCormick mild chili seasoning
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
Directions
- Brown ground chuck, add onion, celery and bell pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Drain beef mixture and add to large dutch oven or stock pot.
- Add all other ingredients, including the juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minute.
