Easy Sausage Cheese Muffins

Yields: 24 muffins
Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 lb sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1⁄4 cups water

- 6 cooked scrambled eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- Place biscuit mix and flour in mixing bowl, turn on low speed, add shredded cheese and sausage, continue to mix.
- Add soup and slowly add water til you have muffin consistency (you may need a little more or less water).
- After mixing thoroughly, if you want to add cooked scrambled eggs, do so now, drop by spoonfuls into greased or spayed muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake 20-30 minutes, until lightly brown.
- Enjoy.
