Easy Santa Fe Rice and Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) box goya Spanish rice
- 1 (15 1/2ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (8 3/4ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes, not drained
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Make the rice according to package directions.
- Add the beans, corn and tomatoes.
- Heat through.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and/or sour cream.
