Easy Russian Salad Dressing

This is a tried and true recipe used on the green salad served by our church for their annual "Spaghetti Feed".

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup catsup
• 1⁄2 cup  firmly packed brown sugar
• 1  dash dry basil
• 1  dash celery seed

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a covered container. Shake well.
2. Let flavors meld and store in refrigerator at least 1 hour ahead of when you need it.
3. Mix with green salad ingredients.
4. (Also good on fruit salad).
