Easy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
- bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn't burn.
- cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened.
- let cool for 10 minute.
- searve hot or cold, and enjoy!
