Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced fresh rhubarb, . (or frozen, 1 inch pieces)
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix (18 oz.) or 1 (18 ounce) white cake mix (18 oz.)
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup butter (melted) or 6 margarine (melted)
- ice cream (optional) or 7 whipped topping (optional)
Directions
- Place rhubarb in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the gelatin, sugar and cake mix.
- Pour water evenly over the dry ingredients.
- Drizzle with melted butter or margaring.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
