Easy Reuben Dog

From "Real Simple" magazine. This would be great if you wanted to offer a variety of different toppings for hot dogs.

Ingredients

• 1  hot dog bun
• 1  hot dog
• 2  tablespoons sauerkraut
• 2  tablespoons swiss cheese, grated
• 1  tablespoon  thousand island dressing

Directions

1. Toast hot dog bun and cook your hot dog using your preferred method (I like grilled or pan fried).
2. Place hot dog in bun, top with sauerkraut, cheese, and dressing.
3. Enjoy!
