Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 16 ounces canned pumpkin
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
Directions
- Beat together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and the two eggs, until smooth.
- Add 1 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1/2 nutmeg, mix together until smooth and well blended.
- Pour pie mixture into a 9-inch - deep dish pie shell. Preheat the oven to 425°. Bake the pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350° for 25-30 minute or until knife inserted int he center come out clean. Cool before cuttting.
- Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
