Easy Potato Chip Cookies

Yields: 4-5 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups potato chips, rolled
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
