Easy Pizza Bread Snack

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 8 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup light cream cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400f (or use microwave if you want it chewy instead of crunchy).
- Cut French bread in half width wise so you have two big flat halves, if needed cut in half again to fit your baking sheet or appetite.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on bread.
- Top with tomato sauce, use about 2 Tbs per quarter of bread.
- Mix cheeses and spread over tomato sauce.
- Bake for 15 min or microwave until cheese bubbles.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for a quick midnight snack or part of lunch. Add more toppings and this would make a good quick dinner.
