  1. With pastry cutter, cut first three ingredents until fine and crumbly.
  2. In seperate bowl make paste with 1/2 cup flour and water.
  3. Mix paste in with flour & shortening mixture.
  4. Seperate in half.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll out, I usually roll out between plastic wrap.
  7. Fill with favorate filling.
