Easy Peasy Mini Cheese Cakes

Yields: 4-8 mini cups
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
- 2⁄3 cup nutella
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- whipped cream, plus extra for garnish, fresh is best
Directions
- In medium bowl mix togther the crumbs and butter. Then evenly divide into dishes, glasses or ramikins making sure to pack them into the bottom.
- With an electric mixer, mix the nutella, cream cheese and vanilla togther.
- With a large spoon or spatula gently fold in 8 (ounces) of the wipped cream.
- Spoon into the dish of your choice and top with whipped cream and garnish.
- Serve right away or chill till serving.
