These are the easiest peanut butter cookies! Everytime I make them I get RAVES from people on how delicious they are. They will literally melt in your mouth!! Show more

Serves: 12-24

Yields: 12-24 cookies depending on size

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  smooth peanut butter
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 1  egg

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. take a spoonfull of batter and roll it into a ball. Lay ball on a cookie sheet and use a fork to create a criss cross pattern in top of cookie.
  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350.
  3. Either let cool on a cooling rack or enjoy warm!
