Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 29 ounces peach slices in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Empty can of peaches into 2 quart casserole dish.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Add beaten egg and cut into flour mixture. The majority of the flour mixture will look “crumby.”.
- Spread flour mixture, evenly, over top of peaches.
- Pour melted butter on top of flour mixture.
- Bake in pre-heated 350 f degree oven for about an hour, or until crust is golden brown.
