  1. In saucepan, cook zucchini and garlic in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in beans, tomato juice, macaroni and Romano cheese and seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Garnish each bowlful with Mozzarella cheese.
