Easy Party Biscuits

Yields: 18-24 biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Combine melted butter and sour cream. Mix in flour, blending well. Add cheese.
- Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon into mini or regular size muffin tins.
- Optional: Melt one-fourth cup additional butter and add garlic powder to it. Brush tops of biscuits after baking.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
