Easy Oreo Ice Cream

I got this recipe from my boyfriend's mother. I like it because it's yummy, and doesn't require an ice cream machine!Cook time is actually the 'freezing' time.

• Serves: 10

Ingredients

• 4  egg yolks
• 1  can  condensed milk
• 1  pint heavy whipping cream
• 12  Oreo cookies, crushed

Directions

1. Beat whipping cream until thick.
2. In seperate bowl, beat egg yolks and condensed milk together.
3. Mix cream into egg mixture.
4. Fold in crushed oreos.
5. Freeze.
