Easy Microwave Potatoes

Quick and easy potatoes that can be made in the microwave.

Ingredients

• 3  medium potatoes
• 2  tablespoons margarine
• 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  garlic salt

Directions

1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Melt margarine.
3. Stir in herbs and salt.
4. Add potatoes and stir to coat.
5. Cover and cook 8-10 min in microwave or until soft.
